Made From solid Wood

All our Bluetooth speakers are built from 100% real 3/4″ thick solid wood. The type that comes from trees, not what you get from a processing plant using leftover wood chips.

All Metal Hardware

All our Bluetooth speakers feature metal hardware. All the volume knobs, charge ports, inputs, outputs and power buttons are metal. You will never find any cheap plastic components on our speakers. We build each of these speakers to be lifetime companions.

The Woods We Use

Each item in our product line is individually handcrafted from woods that are selected for color, grain structure, figuring, and density. If you’re going to build a speaker out of perfect straight-grained wood with no imperfections you might as well build it out of plastic. We like to build our speakers out of wood that’s not perfect. We like to display the defects, normally on the top center or somewhere obvious. This makes the piece unique and one of a kind. We don’t build cookie-cutter speakers. Each speaker in our product line is unique, and no two are the same. The same goes with straight lines, you will notice on some of our speakers we will turn the grain diagonally instead of just having the same old boring straight lines. If you want a boring speaker, you can contact us and we can build one for you. But it’s not what we are known for.

Minimalist Design

All our Bluetooth boxes feature a minimalist design. You will not find knobs and switches protruding from any of our boxes. These features are hidden on the sides and back out of sight but easily reached. All the knobs, switches, and inputs are flush or nearly flush with the outside of the box. The carry handle and feet are the exceptions.

The Best Components

We use only the best components we can find. Our drivers are mid to high-end units. Our amplifiers are T-class tri-path units. The tri-path amplifier is renowned for its warm sound quality comparable to tube amps. The efficiency of these amps is 80-90%, so you get high-quality sound, and long battery life.

The Finishing Process

We finish each speaker with meticulous attention to detail. Each one is sanded with 80 grit paper, then 150 grit paper, then 220 grit paper, 320 grit paper. Then the first coat of finish is applied. Once dry we apply a second coat. Once dry we then sand with 400 grit paper to give the smoothest finish available. After 2 more coats of finish, we then sand with 600 grit paper to remove any dust nibs or surface imperfections. Then the final coat is applied. Depending on finish type we either stop on the 5th coat or go on to more coats and rubbing compound and polishing. This process can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 45 or more days depending on the finish setting time and type applied.
