Return Policy: You may return any item you purchased on JubalAudio.com, within 30 calendar days of your package being delivered, subject to the terms & exceptions below.
We will gladly exchange your product for the same model (subject to availability) or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise including taxes.

Personalized product exclusion: Once personalized orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled or returned. (Unless item is defective, then it can be returned for repair or replacement only)

Discontinued & Closeout product exclusion: Once discontinued & closeout orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled or returned. (Unless item is defective, then it can be returned for repair or replacement only)

Returning Products: A return authorization is required for any exchange or refund. Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the sender address. Once you obtain a return authorization, securely pack the product and all the original contents. We strongly recommend that you use the original packaging, if available.

Return Shipping: To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will recieve your returned item.

Refund Process: Any returned item must be in it’s original undamaged, unaltered condition, preferably in the original double boxed shipping boxes and packing. Once your return is recieved and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process a refund.
